Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting repairs, and assisting with facility maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on manufacturing equipment and machinery

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete repairs in a timely manner

Troubleshoot production equipment to minimize downtime

Conduct facility maintenance and basic property upkeep, including:

Interior painting
-
Simple plumbing repairs
-
General building maintenance
-
Utilize voltmeters and general shop tools safely and effectively

Maintain maintenance records and document completed work
-
Support production and manufacturing operations as needed

Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
-
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
-
Experience using voltmeters and general maintenance/shop tools
-
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Positive attitude and strong communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience working with 480-volt electrical systems
-
PLC troubleshooting and maintenance experience
-
Manufacturing or automotive industry experience
Requirements

Must be able to pass a drug screening

Must have a clean background

Must be local to the Columbus, Ohio area

Must be willing to assist in production/manufacturing activities when needed
