Our client is seeking a Maintenance Technician who enjoys diagnosing complex equipment issues, minimizing downtime, and keeping production running efficiently.

What your future day will look like:
Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery, automated equipment, and facility systems
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and implement effective repairs
Support CNC controls, PLCs, servo motors, drives, sensors, and related automation components
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation
Partner with Production and Engineering teams to resolve equipment problems and reduce downtime
Maintain repair records and assist with developing maintenance procedures and documentation
Recommend and implement improvements that increase reliability, efficiency, and overall equipment performance
Assist with spare parts inventory management and equipment readiness
Follow all safety guidelines, including lockout/tagout procedures and safe maintenance practices

Type: Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need:
High school diploma or GED is required. Advanced technical training in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, automation, or a related field preferred
1+ year of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Hands-on troubleshooting experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Knowledge of PLCs, CNC controls, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, and motion control systems
Experience maintaining CNC equipment and supporting automated manufacturing equipment; robotics will be a huge plus!
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
