Job Summary
Hands-on maintenance role focused on electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and equipment reliability in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Critical for minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical equipment issues
Troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen-Bradley preferred)
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
Maintain automation systems, controls, and instrumentation
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and PandIDs
Use diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, calibration tools)
Follow safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
Respond quickly to breakdowns and restore operations
Document maintenance activities and work orders
