At Foamcraft, we manufacture custom foam solutions that support customers across a wide range of industries. Behind every successful production day is a maintenance team that keeps our equipment, facilities, and processes operating safely and efficiently.

We're looking for a Maintenance Tech who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and helping others succeed. This role provides hands-on maintenance work while partnering closely with plant leadership to improve reliability, safety, and productivity.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and coordinate maintenance activities within the plant
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and machinery
  • Coordinate and execute preventative maintenance programs
  • Support machine installation, relocation, assembly, and upgrades
  • Lead equipment and facility improvement projects
  • Utilize maintenance software to track work orders and maintenance activities
  • Participate in safety inspections, fire inspections, and facility audits
  • Build and maintain carts, fixtures, tables, and other shop projects as needed
  • Perform building and grounds maintenance and minor facility repairs
  • Partner with operations leadership to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
  • Support maintenance initiatives across multiple Foamcraft locations when needed

What We're Looking For

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience
  • Experience leading maintenance activities or maintenance personnel
  • Working knowledge of preventative maintenance programs
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, plumbing, or facility systems
  • Experience with CNC equipment is preferred
  • Understanding of OSHA and workplace safety best practices
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and solve recurring equipment issues
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support team success
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
