Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Ellabell, GA

Pay Range: $60000 - $60000

Shift: 2nd shift

What's the Job?

• Provide first-line support for all production and assembly machinery to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules, shutdowns, and repairs in collaboration with management.
• Control equipment downtime, track repair metrics, and improve organization and housekeeping standards.
• Produce daily and monthly activity reports to monitor maintenance performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for new equipment installation and support troubleshooting for equipment failures.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and routine equipment upkeep.
• Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) techniques and preventive maintenance practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reading schematics and electrical systems.
