Job Opportunity at Erie, MI Facility
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and equipment, as well as performing general building maintenance. Opportunities are available for both 1st and 2nd shifts.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair 120V/208V, 277V, and 480V 3 Phase electrical systems.
- Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment confidently.
- Interpret drawings, schematics, and blueprints effectively.
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery.
- Handle general building maintenance and industrial plumbing tasks.
- Operate standard hand and power tools efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience in industrial maintenance is essential.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and installing electrical systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing and computer literacy.
- Ability to troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives is preferred.
- PLC troubleshooting skills are an advantage.
- Possession of basic tools/tool box is necessary.
- Comfortable using a Multi-Volt Meter.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
