Summary
Equipment Maintenance Technician III is responsible for the bulk of maintaining equipment, documentation and
training for the equipment area.

Responsibilities
Maintain appropriate documentation on machines and equipment
Perform mechanical maintenance and adjustments for factory equipment and machines
Perform preventive maintenance by inspecting, cleaning and adjusting processing equipment as
needed
Perform duties in compliance with quality and safety policies, procedures and guidelines
Assist in training new staff for all positions
Understanding of lock out/tag out procedures
Create and maintain technical support documentation
Use test equipment and diagnostic equipment to perform troubleshooting

Minimum of four (4) years of experience in area of responsibility.
Experience preferably in semiconductor manufacturing
