Guided by our core values of integrity, commitment, innovation, and excellence, we're here to help you build a career you'll love.About the Position: We're looking for a motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician with a passion to learn and grow in an environment where attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to getting things done right are key.Job Duties Include:Performing hands-on maintenance tasks in and around our properties including appliance repair, apartment turns, and other work order requests.Addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionallyWorking closely with the team to keep everything running smoothlyAfter hours duties as necessary including rotating on-call and snow removalJob Requirements:Ability to perform physical/hands-on tasks in various weather conditionsMust be a self-starter and flexible team player with strong problem-solving instincts2+ years of property maintenance experience including appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVACAbility to independently troubleshoot repairs with strong attention to detailWillingness to mentor entry-level team members on tool use and safety practicesEPA Certification (or the willingness to obtain it within 90 days!
