About the role

Our Maintenance team is compose of 7+ people within our Maintenance Department plays a critical role in supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our hydrogen peroxide unit, electronic grade unit, shipping area, and overall facility.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform a variety of maintenance activities across multiple crafts, including mechanical, civil, pipefitting, welding, boilermaking, and rotating equipment maintenance. In this role, you will work closely with operations, reliability, and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance, minimize downtime, and support production goals. Success in this position requires technical versatility, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to collaborate across departments while working with minimal supervision.

You will be accountable for:

  • Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities on plant equipment and systems to ensure safe and reliable operations
  • Complete preventative maintenance activities on rotating and stationary equipment to maximize equipment availability
  • Support fabrication, installation, inspection, and repair of piping, structural, and mechanical systems
  • Collaborate with operations and reliability teams to resolve equipment issues and improve asset performance
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, housekeeping expectations, and Solvay Life Saving Rules while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

We offer a permanent position based onsite working a 4/10 schedule, with overtime, weekend, holiday, and on-call responsibilities as required by business needs.

About you

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum three years of industrial maintenance experience required; multiple NCCER certifications are preferred.

Ability to work independently, use SAP and computer systems effectively, and support maintenance activities across multiple craft disciplines.

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is: $ per hour in the United States. Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
