Maintenance Technician / Facility & Yard Maintenance
Red Eye Radiator & DPF Specialist is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to keep our shop, buildings, equipment, and yard in excellent working condition. This is a hands-on position for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
Perform general building and facility maintenance.
Troubleshoot and complete basic electrical repairs.
Repair and replace interior and exterior lighting.
Maintain and repair water lines, air lines, and plumbing fixtures.
Perform painting, patching, and minor carpentry repairs.
Complete routine preventative maintenance throughout the facility.
Keep the shop, offices, restrooms, and common areas clean and organized.
Empty trash and maintain dumpsters and waste areas.
Perform yard maintenance, including weed control, sweeping, pressure washing, and general cleanup.
Operate equipment and tools safely.
Assist with other maintenance projects as assigned.
Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety policies.
Minimum 5 years of facility/building maintenance experience required.
Must speak and understand English.
Experience with electrical, plumbing, compressed air systems, and general building repairs.
Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors in Arizona weather.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
