What You''ll Do
Guest Service & Hospitality
Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests while providing friendly, courteous service.
Assist guests with minor in-room issues such as:
Replacing TV remote batteries
Operating thermostats or in-room technology
Troubleshooting televisions and Wi-Fi-related equipment
Addressing HVAC concerns, including air conditioning or fan issues
Unclogging toilets and drains
Resolving minor plumbing, lighting, or furniture concerns
Communicate clearly with guests throughout the repair process and ensure concerns are resolved to their satisfaction.
Collaborate with Front Desk and Housekeeping to prioritize guest-impacting maintenance issues.
Preventative & General Maintenance
Perform preventative maintenance throughout the hotel to ensure equipment and facilities remain in excellent working condition.
Complete routine inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, mechanical systems, and hotel equipment.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair building systems and equipment.
Perform repairs involving:
Electrical systems
Plumbing
HVAC
Carpentry
Painting
Drywall and finishing
Doors, locks, and hardware
Appliances and equipment
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work orders.
Exterior & Grounds Maintenance
Maintain the appearance and safety of the hotel''s exterior, landscaping, sidewalks, parking areas, and entrances.
Perform seasonal outdoor maintenance including:
Landscaping and plant care
Mulching and trimming
Leaf removal
Snow and ice removal
Salting walkways
Pressure washing
Outdoor lighting repairs
Work comfortably in varying weather conditions, including hot summer temperatures and cold winter conditions.
