Shift: Mon–Thurs: 7pm-4am, Friday Flex Shift: 7pm-11pm, occasional weekends as needed.
Target Pay Rate: $31.00 - $35.00/hour (+ $1.00/hour shift differential)

Must-Have Skills:
- 4+ years of hands-on industrial manufacturing maintenance experience
- Food manufacturing and/or refrigeration experience required
- Experience troubleshooting PLCs (no programming required)
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with bakery manufacturing equipment such as ovens, conveyors, wrappers, packers, and palletizers
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III to support a high-speed food manufacturing facility operating in a bakery production environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment to minimize downtime and maintain safe, efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with food manufacturing equipment, refrigeration systems, and industrial electrical troubleshooting.
Job Duties:
- Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on bakery production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, refrigeration, and PLC-controlled systems
- Diagnose and repair issues with ovens, conveyors, wrappers, packers, palletizers, and related manufacturing equipment
- Install, test, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment to ensure operational reliability
- Utilize CMMS/work order systems to document maintenance activities and track repairs
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to prioritize repairs and minimize production downtime
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
- Follow all GMP, food safety, and plant safety procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 4+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience required
- Food manufacturing and refrigeration experience strongly preferred
- Experience troubleshooting PLC systems and field devices required
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documents
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Ability to lift, climb, and work around industrial equipment safely
- Experience with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs preferred
