Maintenance Technician

Luxor Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Technician paying up to $27 per hour in Fort Worth, TX. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Job responsibilities:

• Inspect equipment and identify machines or systems in need of repair
• Diagnose issues and determine appropriate repair solutions
• Perform troubleshooting and execute mechanical and basic electrical repairs
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure reliable equipment operation
• Complete general facility repairs (e.g., drywall, painting, doors, fixtures)
• Maintain building systems and assist with overall facility upkeep and cleanliness
• Order and track supplies and materials needed for maintenance and repairs

Qualifications:

• Prior maintenance experience with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and building systems.
• Use hand tools, power tools, electrical test equipment, forklifts, and scissor lifts.
• Perform equipment adjustments, alignments, inspections, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, company policies, and legal guidelines.
• Report equipment issues, damages, shortages, and quality concerns to supervisors.
• Communicate effectively, work collaboratively with others, and perform duties in a shop-floor environment.
