Responsibilities: A maintenance technician performs duties under all conditions including inclement weather. Hours worked may vary based on the needs of the department, including rotating weekends and holidays, with some overtime hours. Must be able to operate diagnostic instruments, accurately analyze data to repair equipment and make adjustments. Requires interpretation of written and verbal instructions.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED is required. Post high school technical training or experience in building maintenance, steam, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing is preferred.
