Maintenance Technician - (Full Time + Benefits + $1000 Sign On Bonus)

Clarendale at Indian Lake is looking to recruit a hospitality-focused, dependable, detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position is responsible for performing maintenance, grounds upkeep and some technical functions throughout the community.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Tech:

• Exemplify at all times Community standards of professionalism and standard technical practices.
• Responsible for performing a variety of maintenance functions to maintain a functional, safe environment to meet the needs of residents.
• On - Call every 3rd weekend for emergency maintenance needs. You will be compensated for being on call and a paid 8hr day off in the week for this.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• 1 - 3 years experience in commercial/apartment building maintenance preferred.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen, TB Skin Test and Background check.
• Be willing to be "On-Call" every 3rd weekend - compensation for this is given and a paid day off in the week.

Wages Start at $23/hour to $25/hr (pending experience) All Wages are negotiable.

This Position is considered an entry level position.

$1000 sign on bonus is offered along with annual raises and stay bonuses.
