Job Summary Soap Lake Resort is seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily operations across our historic Inn, cottages, lodges, spa facilities, and resort grounds. This role ensures the property remains safe, functional, and guest‑ready at all times. You’ll handle routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and urgent service calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Perform daily maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
Complete work orders promptly and document all tasks in the maintenance system
Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment, guest rooms, spa systems, and resort facilities
Troubleshoot and resolve urgent issues quickly to minimize guest impact
Maintain resort grounds, walkways, lighting, signage, and outdoor amenities
Assist with seasonal projects, renovations, and property upgrades
