We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our HarborView team!
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Estimate time and extent of repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Residential HVAC experience
Ability to complete drywall repairs
Basic or advances electric and plumbing knowledge
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to read construction plans
Ability to use Microsoft Office products efficiently
Team player who is deadline and detail-oriented
