Mayroad is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Generalist to support the day-to-day maintenance and repair of residential homes within our military housing community. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service to residents while ensuring the overall condition, safety, and functionality of the property.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
Prepare homes for new residents (make-ready/turns)
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
Maintain accurate service records and work orders
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Provide excellent customer service to residents
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of maintenance experience in residential, multifamily, or related field
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
EPA certification (preferred)
Valid driver’s license required
Reliable transportation
