Job Summary
Provide technical support to engineers on moderately complex components, devices, material, products, processes and/or equipment.
Job Responsibilities
Work with to engineers on moderately complex components, devices, material, products, processes and/or equipment.
Responsible for troubleshooting, reworking and repairing electronic and mechanical equipment and/or tooling.
Work from moderately complex mechanical, electrical and assembly drawings, as well as engineering specifications and sketches
Work with engineering to setup test prototype assemblies and tooling.
Work with engineering to re-work or re-wire to bring unit within quality control specifications
Work under minimal supervision and may provide guidance to other technicians
Capable of performing related maintenance processes
Interpret and follow written documents such as SOPs and safety rules
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements applicable to the company in accordance with State and Federal regulations and any applicable certification required to maintain the certification
May assist in training new team members
Interface with other departments to assure efficient flow of information and materials
Perform Key Performance Indicators:
Meet PM deadlines
Facility and Maintenance material stock levels
Compliance outcomes
Ability to coordinate several activities at the same time, and to reprioritize in response to changing operational conditions
Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Utilize our computer based maintenance management software to receive, update and close out request
Oversee and shadow third-party specialist on major project to ensure compliance with company standards
Follow maintenance schedule to ensure regular and preventive maintenance work assignments are completed as required.
Qualifications
