Job Summary
Hands-on maintenance role responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment, ensuring maximum uptime, safety compliance, and production efficiency in a cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues
Diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions
Respond to production line calls quickly and safely
Maintain zero downtime through proactive equipment support
Test machines and document performance results
Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical manuals
Repair or replace components using tools and equipment
Maintain 5S standards and safe working environment
Follow LOTO and all safety compliance procedures
Collaborate with engineering, production, and vendors
Document maintenance activities in system software
