BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance operations at a community in Greenville, SC (29617}. This is a contract opportunity with an immediate start for the right candidate.
Position Details

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (1‑hour lunch)

Responsibilities
- Complete routine maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant units
- Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Perform basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Assist with unit turns and preventative maintenance
- Maintain property grounds and common areas
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members
Qualifications
- Previous apartment or property maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- EPA certification a plus (if applicable)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
