Maintenance Technician - Grade E - Non-Exempt / Non-Union Salary Range $48,375 ($23.26 p/h) - $61,740 ($29.68 p/h) based on experience with the opportunity of annual increases to $82,738. Annual performance evaluations may result in bonus pay and merit step increases, contingent upon available funding. Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all physical structures, properties and equipment and weekly on-call rotation for non-housing authority properties. Minimum qualifications include one year of experience in general building maintenance or the building trades, or three years of experience as a handyman. Knowledge and skills required and necessary to prepare rental apartments with repairs to include installing and repairing basic electrical fixtures, basic plumbing repairs, repairing/replacing flooring, painting and cleaning. Performs general grounds and landscaping and snow removal of sidewalks and parking lots. Tools and uniforms provided. |
