Key Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair circuits, motors, controls, and related components
  • Install, test, maintain, and repair wiring, starters, fixtures, and control devices
  • Read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
  • Use testing equipment to diagnose failures and restore functionality
  • Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
  • Verify continuity and safe operation of electrical systems
  • Follow lockout/tagout and all safety procedures
  • Complete maintenance records and required documentation
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Several years of industrial electrical or maintenance experience

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of PLCs, I/O logic, and AC/DC drives
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
  • Familiarity with electrical codes and safe work practices
  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills
  • Computer skills for reporting and documentation
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
