We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Tech will assure responsive and efficient maintenance service for all LRC managed properties. Duties/Responsibilities: Service Request Perform, with good workmanship, all assigned projects in a timely manner Perform as on-call emergency service technician as directed Repair/replace HVAC systems and components, gas and electric appliances, glass, wall tile, floor coverings, sub floors, fixtures, blinds, exterior building coverings, playgrounds, mailbox clusters, sidewalks, asphalt and locks etc. Perform plumbing, electrical, painting, concrete, masonry, minor extermination and carpentry work etc. Preventative maintenance follow preventive maintenance procedures Customer satisfaction Ensure the completion of work requests within twenty-four (24) hours Report all resident complaints and/or resident work requests to Supervisor Other duties as assigned PI80afaa175804-25448-410016685c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
