Maintenance Technician - Handyman

Maintenance Tech (Part-Time, 24–32 hrs/week) – Flexible Schedule

Are you a self-starter who likes variety, works hard, and takes pride in finished spaces? If so, this may be the role for you.

Hours: 24–32 hours/week (flexible scheduling)

Work type: Multiple jobs and locations (you’ll rarely be in the same place all week)

What You'll Do:

• We offer on the job training.  You'll work with an experienced remodeler, general contractor and home inspector. Tasks will include:

• Drywall repair and finishing (patching, taping, mudding, sanding)

• Painting (prep, cut-in, rolling, clean edges)

• Light carpentry and “finish the room” tasks (trim, doors/hardware, punch lists)

• Light electrical

• General handy work and jobsite organization

• Assist with home inspections, blower door testing, sewer scopes (moving tools, setting up equipment, measuring, opening of panels, testing outlets, etc)

What we’re looking for

• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently

• Valid driver’s license (required) and comfortable traveling between job sites

• Smartphone (required) to use our app for job assignments and time tracking

• Solid basic skills in drywall and painting; willingness to learn and improve

• Professional, respectful communication with clients and team members
   

Nice to have

• Own vehicle or truck (strong plus)

• Basic tools

• Experience with basement/bathroom remodels or room finishing

• Attention to detail (you care about clean lines and clean work areas)
