If you like staying busy and taking care of property, this is the job for you.What You Will DoPrepare and maintain construction sites, including clearing debris and hazards, as well as loading and unloading materialsPerform general construction tasks, such as digging trenches, compacting earth, and building or dismantling structures like scaffolding and barricadesAssist skilled craft workers like contractors, electricians, and painters as neededInstall, maintain, and repair ventilation systems and equipment for R&R facilities/campusesPerform monthly maintenance and safety checks in buildings, machinery, and equipment to keep facilities in OSHA compliance.Diagnose electrical and mechanical faultsComply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations and guidelinesMaintain maintenance records as required by City, State, and EPA regulationsOther duties as assignedWhat We Are Looking For2+ years of handyman or maintenance work is preferredYou know how to use power tools and construction/heavy equipment safelyYou must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet for long periodsYou must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving recordYou must follow safety rules (OSHA/EPA) to keep yourself and others safeYou should be able to work some weekends or holidays if we need extra help Do you take pride in a job well done?
