Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our day shift team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential. The ideal candidate can follow directions, work independently, and is eager to learn and grow through mentorship. Experienced, self-motivated candidates are also highly encouraged to apply.



Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment
• Conduct inspections to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
• Assist with office moves, furniture assembly, and facility upgrades
• Respond promptly to maintenance and service requests
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Technician, or similar role
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certifications are a plus)
