We need someone who is hard-working, skilled with tools, and good at solving problems. If you like staying busy and taking care of property, this is the job for you.What You Will DoYard & Grounds: Mowing, weed eating, trimming, and keeping the outside areas clean.General Repairs: Doing light fix-it jobs and repairs inside and outside the buildings.Safety Checks: Checking buildings and machines monthly to make sure everything is safe.Reporting: Let the manager know if you find a big problem that needs a specialist.Record Keeping: Keep simple notes on the maintenance work you finish.What We Are Looking ForExperience: 2 or more years of handyman or maintenance work is preferred.Tool Skills: You know how to use power tools and lawn equipment safely.Physical Strength: You must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet for long periods.Driver's License: You must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Safety: You must follow safety rules (OSHA/EPA) to keep yourself and others safe.Schedule: You should be able to work some weekends or holidays if we need extra help.Do you take pride in a job well done?
