The role of Maintenance Technician at HSI is an opportunity to join our team of housing professionals, supporting the day to day facility operations for 140 units of Homeless Solutions (HSI) owned or managed permanent residential properties. This is a full time, non- exempt, onsite position, reporting to the Lead Maintenance Technician, with travel to our other facilities primarily in the Morris County area.This position is responsible for implementing our high standards for the maintenance and upkeep of our growing property portfolio, and for imparting that philosophy on tenants and those who work for or contract with HSI. Flexibility of schedule to allow for a collaborative approach to emergency services is required. Position is offered at a starting pay rate of $20-$21/hr.

Qualifications
