Pay:
$30–$50 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing and facility operations. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems, including PLC-driven and automated equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Maintain equipment such as motors, pumps, compressors, boilers, and chillers
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and work with up to 480V, 3-phase power
- Diagnose and repair PLC, HMI, and VFD systems
- Utilize predictive maintenance tools (vibration analysis, thermography, etc.)
- Document maintenance activities and support root cause analysis
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment (5S standards)
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
OR
- Associate’s degree or Journeyman license with relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to work overtime or flexible schedules as needed
