We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a growing team! This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to keep operations running efficiently.
Job Duties:
Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on production equipment
Repair and maintain machinery according to manuals, diagrams, and specifications
Work on equipment such as die cutters, printing presses, inserting machines, folders, conveyor systems, and bindery equipment
Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
Repair or fabricate replacement parts using welding equipment and machine shop tools
Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
Qualifications:
Experience with industrial maintenance, electrical, and mechanical repairs
Ability to read diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals
Experience using machine shop equipment such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and grinders is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Must be able to pass a drug test
