We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join a well-established manufacturing operation in High Point, NC. This position is part of a close-knit maintenance team with extensive tenure and a strong safety culture. Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility and production equipment
Complete scheduled monthly maintenance tasks and respond to maintenance issues as they arise
Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, lighting systems, and mechanical equipment
Assist with welding and fabrication projects as needed
Support facility upkeep, including addressing leaks, equipment failures, and general maintenance needs
Drive company vehicle for parts pickups and maintenance-related errands
Participate in safety, compliance, and operational training programs
Qualifications
Previous industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, facilities maintenance, or mechanical repair experience preferred
Experience working with pumps is a plus, but not required
Forklift repair experience is a plus
Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
Comfortable working around industrial equipment and occasional chemical exposure
Ability to pass a respirator fit test and meet respirator safety requirements

Starting pay of $25/hour
$1/hour increase after 100 days
