Debbie's Staffing is seeking Maintenance Technician III for our client in High Point, NC!
This is a long-term temp assignment
Hours:Vary Must be flexible– (Must be flexible enough to work overtime)
Pay: $21 Based on Experience
Job Summary
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of structural and plumbing components within housing units, alongside painting and scheduled preventive maintenance. Additionally, the position requires maintaining detailed logs and preparing reports that comply with agency regulations
Qualifications
Associate degree in Building Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential, apartment, or commercial building maintenance
Valid driver's license preferred
