Arcadia Budget Inn 200 Ardale Dr High Point NC is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work for an 83 room hotel and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Experience in Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, and painting is essential
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Pool maintenance is a plus
Work hours are Tuesday through Saturday 8AM to 5PM
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields minimum of three years.
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment and having your own tools is a plus.
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
