WHAT YOU WILL DO

• As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping our manufacturing operation running efficiently. You'll troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and help improve production reliability while working in a clean, safety-focused environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment documentation.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Partner with production, engineering, and outside vendors to coordinate repairs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area using 5S3R principles.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Mentor and train newer technicians (Technician II & III).

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Vocational training or Associate degree is a plus.
• Journeyman certification or equivalent experience preferred for higher-level positions.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and work orders.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
