Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift
Location: Holly Springs, MS
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: Based on Experience

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support production equipment, facility maintenance, and preventive maintenance activities. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities

Inspect building, grounds, and production equipment

Perform repairs and routine maintenance on machinery and facilities
-
Install and maintain equipment and appliances
-
Complete preventive maintenance (PM) tasks
-
Input and complete work orders
-
Maintain maintenance logs and shift reports
-
Respond promptly to maintenance requests
-
Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints
-
Operate hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment
-
Collaborate with team members and outside contractors as needed
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
-
Experience with electrical systems, welding, and fabrication
-
Minimum 2 years operating heavy machinery or heavy equipment
-
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
-
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
