Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable production operations. This role requires strong technical experience with electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, robotics, and general fabrication within a manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience and the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing and production equipment
- Diagnose and repair issues involving hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot PLC logic and assist with process improvements
- Program, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial robotic systems
- Fabricate and modify equipment components as needed
- Maintain equipment utilizing Allen Bradley and Siemens controls
- Complete repairs to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently
- Follow company safety procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist during shift transitions by arriving early or staying late when necessary
- Work scheduled overtime in 4-hour increments based on production demands
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of industrial maintenance or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Strong experience with:
- Pneumatic systems
- Hydraulic systems
- Electrical troubleshooting and repair
- PLC troubleshooting and programming
- Experience programming and troubleshooting industrial robots
- Basic fabrication and mechanical repair skills
- Knowledge of Allen Bradley and Siemens control systems required
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
