An Alsco Uniforms Maintenance Technician installs, troubleshoots, and repairs large-scale industrial textile processing and facility equipment. The hands-on role involves preventative maintenance, 3-phase electrical diagnostics, pneumatics, and boiler operations. Compensation typically ranges from $25/hour or $60,000 to $80,000 annually depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Equipment Maintenance: Execute preventative and unscheduled repairs on industrial laundry equipment, boilers, and water systems to minimize production downtime. [1, 2]
  • Electrical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair 230-volt/3-phase electrical systems and use programmable logic controllers (PLCs). [1]
