Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. This position will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, and repair mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair wire mesh welding machines, razor wire equipment, hydraulic presses, compressors, chillers, pumps, and other industrial machinery.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, servo drives, sensors, limit switches, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Replace bearings, chains, sprockets, rollers, valves, cylinders, and other components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain service logs.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Follow all LOTO, PPE, and plant safety procedures.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of heavy industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
• Welding system knowledge preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible for overtime, weekends, and on-call repairs as needed
