Maintenance Technician -HVAC

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Repair, install, troubleshoot, and maintain chilled water systems and equipment.
• Work with both low and high voltage electrical circuits.
• Interpret control circuits and diagrams.
• Experience with building automation systems (Siemens preferred).
• Disassemble motors, pumps, and other equipment for repair.
• Troubleshoot heating equipment and inspect circuits and wiring for abnormalities.
• Repair air conditioning equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Utilize blueprints, drawings, layouts, or other specifications.
• Use electrical hand tools and voltage or amperage measuring and recording devices.
• Operate vacuum pumps and refrigeration recovery equipment and gauges.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and good listening skills.
• Work independently and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Journeyman HVAC with commercial experience.
