BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to support an apartment community in Dallas, TX 75240. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who takes pride in providing quality HVAC repairs and exceptional service to residents.

Job Description

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Complete maintenance work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal inspections.
• Complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Document completed repairs and communicate with onsite management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.

Required Qualifications

• EPA Certification required.
• Previous apartment maintenance and HVAC experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage work orders efficiently.
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
