Maintenance Technician

The Kamson Corporation, a top-tier Property Management Company, seeks a full-time maintenance technician for our community in Hyde Park, NY.

Candidate Required Skills:

• Experience handling plumbing
• Electrical skills
• Snow removal
• A strong skill set in overall carpentry is a must
• Must be HVAC certified
• Must be detailed and organized
• Great customer service skills

Must be able to handle “on-call” service periodically. If you are not interested in living onsite you must live within 20 minutes of the community.
