Technician I - Maintenance This position will be based in Webb, Al Monday - Thursday 7am - 5:30pm with an on-call rotation. Responsibilities: - Conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures
- Will inspect facilities, equipment and systems to identify any issues
- Will repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures
- Position will require general carpentry and electrical skills
- Will require travel within a 5 county catchment area
Requirements: - HS Diploma/GED
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity, carpentry, and mechanics
- Capable of operating industrial equipment, machinery, physical ability to handle heavy materials or equipment
- Must have a good motor vehicle record with a valid driver license
- Must meet insurability requirements to drive a system vehicle (21 years of age).
- Will be subject to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
