Job Summary
Our client, a Fortune 500 food manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Warrendale, PA facility. This role is responsible for the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, machinery, and related facility systems to ensure production efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety.

Contract Duration: Approximately 1,064 hours (contract assignment)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM until production completion (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week)
Location: Warrendale, PA (on-site)
Travel: None required

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs on all equipment and machinery per manufacturer recommendations
- Visually inspect, test, and evaluate machinery and equipment to identify malfunctions and potential issues
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Perform building maintenance tasks including plumbing, lighting, lamp/ballast replacement, and minor remodeling
- Communicate equipment concerns and repair needs to operations staff and management
- Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures at all times
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, schematics, and specification sheets
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all safety regulations

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting
- Proficiency in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems repair
- Working knowledge of LOTO procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
- Experience using electrical testing and measuring instruments
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hand tools and power tools

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a food manufacturing or industrial production environment
- Experience with general building maintenance and minor remodeling projects
