JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Maintenance Technician II - Infrastructure and Clean Utilities to perform routine and complex maintenance across critical facility systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, high purity water systems, clean steam, cold storage, fire systems, and compressed air. This role ensures optimal system performance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in a highly regulated environment while supporting continuous site operations and safety standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform routine and complex maintenance tasks across infrastructure and clean utility systems Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation Interpret and review system drawings, including P&IDs, HVAC layouts, plumbing, and architectural plans Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life Respond to emergency maintenance requests to minimize operational disruptions Maintain accurate documentation including logs, work orders, and compliance records Ensure all maintenance activities comply with CFRs, GxP, SOPs, and corporate policies Support and maintain spare parts inventory for equipment and systems Perform housekeeping activities including maintaining clean work areas and equipment Collaborate with maintenance teams, engineers, and contractors to complete tasks efficiently Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors Ensure reliability of clean utilities such as water purification, clean steam, compressed air, and cold storage systems REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent Technical degree in Facilities Maintenance or HVAC/R (preferred combination with experience) Minimum 5+ years of experience in two or more of the following: electrical, HVAC, mechanical, fire systems, cold storage, or water systems Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Working knowledge of HVAC systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system diagrams Knowledge of regulatory standards including GxP, CFRs, and safety protocols Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective communication and teamwork skills Basic computer skills for documentation and communication PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Familiarity with SAP-PM or similar maintenance management systems Experience with cold storage systems Basic understanding of USDA and EMEA regulatory requirements Education: High School
