As we deliver our ambitious 2030 growth strategy, we are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure that the organization''s buildings, equipment, and infrastructure are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily operations by minimizing downtime, addressing maintenance needs, and preserving the overall condition and value of the facility.

High School diploma required.
Knowledge of trade skills, mechanical, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, painting, doors, furniture, general utility required.
HVAC, plumbing, or refrigeration certificates preferred.
What You'll Be Doing:
Be part of a team that values diversity, sustainability, and continuous innovation, where your ideas and contributions matter.
Troubleshoot and repair facilities, industrial process equipment, making repairs for longevity. Includes but not limited to air handling units, exhaust fans, vacuum pumps, fire systems, generators, water systems, and mechanical alignments.
Perform Preventative Maintenance on equipment to keep it in good operational condition.
Typical responsibilities will include water heaters, plumbing, building inspections, roof inspections, pest control, identifying and resetting tripped breakers, cleaning clogged drains, painting, doors, furniture repairs, pump repairs and rebuilds, equipment setting and alignment.
Document work performed in the CMMS, including history notes and time charges.
Make appropriate suggestions and corrections to discrepancies found in documentation, drawings, BOMs/parts lists, procedures, work instructions, etc.
Work with a variety of individuals, such as engineers, other craftspeople, automation, and other resources on process upgrades and equipment changes.
Provide input to engineering on design, installation, and maintenance of new equipment.
Contacts and oversees outside services, as necessary.
Identify equipment needs for facility upkeep by sourcing, purchasing, and installing required equipment.
Coordinate directly with vendors in the instance of emergency facility or utility repairs.
Track and maintain service documentation relating to facility and utility repairs.
Coordinate and execute asset removal.
