Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting building systems and equipment throughout the school division. This position requires a highly skilled individual with broad experience in building maintenance trades, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general facility maintenance. The technician plays a critical role in ensuring safe, comfortable, and efficient learning environments for students and staff, with a strong emphasis on HVAC system operation, maintenance, and repair.
