Required Qualifications
- HVAC Certification and Universal EPA Certification
- CPO Certification
- Advanced technical training in multiple disciplines including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, landscaping, or sprinkler systems
- Maintenance or mechanical experience
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience in senior living, hospitality, multifamily housing, healthcare, hotels, or similar service-focused environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while providing exceptional customer service
