Maintenance Technician II

Maintenance Technician II needs 3+ years industrial electrical experience required

Maintenance Technician II required:

2 years Technical or trade school or equivalent experience
3+ years industrial electrical experience required.
Must be able to read and interpret electrical schematics and all maintenance procedures including mechanical, logic and fluid power diagrams.
Allen Bradley PLC knowledge and Programming skills required.
Must have knowledge of procedures and standards including Lock-Out/ Tag-Out.
MSDS, PPE, OSHA Standards.
Ability to troubleshoot problems/issue using root cause analysis.
Use of repetitive motion of hands and wrists as necessary
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Automation and facilities electrical.

Maintenance Technician II duties:

• Perform maintenance and required preventative maintenance on all Automated Production systems with heavy emphasis on Allen Bradley PLC systems and Industrial
• Identify and facilitate equipment improvements to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses motors, controls, distributions systems, Allen Bradley PLC systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Hytrol and Intelligrated Conveyor, automated packing and labeling equipment, and Sortation Equipment
