Job Title: Maintenance Technician II

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician II professionals to join our manufacturing team in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement solutions
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
  • Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Willing and able to participate in a 1:1 phone interview and onsite interview
  • Must complete an online assessment test (2–2.5 hours) as part of the hiring process
  • Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment working on physical equipment
  • Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair
  • Ability to clearly explain:
    • Products manufactured at previous companies
    • Types of machines/equipment repaired
  • Solid electrical experience from maintenance technician roles
  • Clear and reasonable job transition history
Nice-To-Have Qualifications
  • Experience with PLCs, automation systems, or advanced manufacturing equipment
  • Technical certification or vocational training in maintenance or electrical systems
